Grifols Inc.,  headquartered in Los Angeles,  is the holding company for Grifols Biologicals Inc., Grifols USA LLC, Biomat USA, Inc., PlasmaCare Inc. and Plasma Collection Centers, Inc. in North America.

Grifols Biologicals Inc.  manufactures key plasma derived products for the treatment of hemophilia, primary immune deficiency, shock and trauma.

Grifols USA, LLC   founded in 2000, consists of three divisions: Bioscience, Hospital, and Diagnostic. Corporate marketing and sales and distribution of finished products are two of the main functions of this company.

Biomat USA, Inc. / Plasma Collection Centers, Inc. Acquired by Grifols in March 2002, Biomat USA is Grifols' main supplier of plasma in the United States

PlasmaCare Inc.  was purchased by Grifols in March 2006 to help ensure that their fractionation plants' production capacity needs were met. Grifols' leaders saw PlasmaCare's efficient operations, qualified training program and growth potential as an asset. We officially became PlasmaCare, Inc. as of January 1, 2007. Grifols currently operates over 70 plasma donation centers throughout the US.
