Declaration of Compliance

Based upon our good faith understanding of the California Requirements, and to the best of our knowledge, Grifols is in compliance with its
comprehensive compliance program. We implemented this program on July 1, 2005 as required by California Business and Professions Code §§ 119400 and 119402.

In the absence of clarifying guidance issued by the State of California, Grifols has limited this declaration to activities by us that are known to be undertaken or pursued in California by Grifols and its representatives.
