We recognize that benefits are an important part of all of our lives. That is why Grifols strives to provide you with comprehensive and cost-effective benefit choices.

We provide a core package of benefits, as well as a variety of other benefits that you may choose to enroll in on a voluntary basis. This allows you to tailor your benefits to your needs and the needs of your family. And, since most of the benefits are offered to you on a before-tax basis, you save money on taxes!

Here's how the program works -
Grifols provide eligible full- time employees with basic life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, as well as long-term disability coverage equal to 60% of pay replacement, up to plan maximums.  Grifols also pays a major portion of the cost of any medical and dental coverage you may elect.

And, if you choose, you may elect additional benefits such as vision, supplemental life and supplemental AD&D coverage for yourself and your dependents.  We also offer voluntary short-term disability, auto and home insurance, and long-term care.  You may also elect to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) that helps you pay eligible healthcare expenses and dependent care expenses with before-tax dollars.

Our Full-Time employees may be eligible for a comprehensive benefit plan which could include the following:
